Partners 6 month old Charge 5 is now a lump of useless plastic.
Black screen, tried all the reset stuff several times over the last week.
No haptic feedback and nothing on the screen at all.
Was OK before the firmware update.
Was actually quite happy with the functionality before this happened, such a shame.

Was on chat with fitbit agent about this. Went through all the stuff I had already done. Asked me to try again. Was Trying again and chat was ended. Tried to re enter chat and got message that it's not available. Thanks Fitbit.
