My Charge 5 suddenly stopped working while on vacation. Middle of the day sunny weather, screen was black and unresponsive. After I connected the charger I got a red circle with a white x. I tried to reboot it using the charging cable according to the instructions, but that didn't work.
Is there anything I can do? This is barely 1.5 years old. My old ones lasted at least 2 years before flickering out.
