Charge 5 broke within 2 & 1/2 years

I bought my Charge 5 less than 2 & 1/2 years ago and it has already stopped working for unknown reasons and can't be repaired. Considering the extra cost of the Premium membership,  it doesn't seem to be worth the money.

I know you won't feel the same, but to many of us a FitBit that lasted 2.5 years is pretty good going, for most of us it lasted a year tops!  You're right, it's not worth the money, it's a good product when it works, and at a good price, but it's not a good price if you have to replace it after a year, then it becomes more cost effective to look at a more expensive tracker that has a proven track record for a solid product.
