Charge 5 broke won't charge or hold charge

I used my Fitbit on last Thursday, and it ran out of a charge. When I went to recharge it, itonly went up to 62%. It then would immediately die after I took it off the charger wire.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided  you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
