Charge 5 came back to life!

My Charge 5 came back to life yesterday!!! I don't know why the heart rate & sleep data isn't working yet but I have hope!! I kept pushing the reset button on the charger..maybe 50 times a day! It (or something) finally came back!!!

I think that Google/Fitbit have big problem and are clueless how to fix it.  There are thousands of really frustrated users, and Google/fiitbit have not made any visible effort to  get them back in business.  As far as I am concerned, I will tell all my friends to avoid their products.  I am **ahem**-pailing mine.

Ditto! As soon as I find a different product I'm done w/fitbit...when I posted this was my 5th fitbit product and ALL of them stopped working...I thought to myself..I'm an idiot!!! Tried Garmin, wasn't a big fan. Someone suggested Polar but they're $ costly!
