All the other font colours especially red and orange are not working. No service centre in Singapore. I bought this direct from fitbit google site. The support chat line got me to restart, and verify lots of processes. When it seems that I have almost exhausted all the challenges they post, they wanted me to send a video to them via their lousy chat. Video file too big and chat person stopped there. Basically I get the feeling that fitbit DOES NOT want to do a service recovery or send me a replacement. Hence giving me the run around. Very disappointed after staying loyal thru the various fitbit products like charge 5 and Versa.
