Charge 5 - can't stop swim mode

I got my Charge 5 on Monday. After my swim yesterday I coukd not stop the timer and save my swim.. Anyone have a solution?

After a lot of fol-de-rol, they are replacing it. According to tracking I
should get it today. Do not send back through FedEx! Mine sat in one place
for 5 days. But make sure you can get tracking from USPS. I originally
contacted Fitbit over a month ago! Be prepared to be persistent and
patient. The last time I had to send something back to them there was no
problem at all. Not sure what is up with them. Hoping this one does not
have a problem since swimming is my main exercise.
