I can no longer swipe screens on my Charge 5. The problem started last week. First, I stopped being able to swipe left or right. A couple days later, swiping up also stopped working. A couple more days later, and swiping down stopped working too. So I'm stuck on the watch face and I can't access settings, alarms, or anything else. I had a couple of daily alarms set before this problem started, and I can't even stop them when they go off because that requires swiping. I also can't change them or deactivate them. The screen still responds to taps, so I can cycle the watch face between showing heart rate, steps, distance, etc., but that's all I can do.
I have tried restarting the device and it didn't help. I have also tried changing the clock face (I've seen suggestions elsewhere to try that) and that did not work either. What should I try next, or do I just need to contact support?
