Charge 5 clock face only has 5 dots at top, center one is green. Reset many times, no change,

Click face only displays 5 dots across top, middle one is green. Reset many times, no change. Notifications appear fine… but still no clock face. Tracks and updates on phone app are apparently ok, but cannot see info on clock face. Is this device kaput…or is there a fix to regain clock face?

I tried that, it worked! 😃 So then I went back and changed it back to the original clock face I was using and it worked again. So Happy here. Thank you! 😊

Please always make sure that your phone and your Fitbit device are within Bluetooth reach when changing the clock face and keep them near each other until the new clock face is installed.
