Charge 5 clock face

I can see there are some posts on the clock face on the charge 5 but I cannot see a real answer just reply from fitbit that all say thanks for the feedback it helps.

I have just got a charge 5 and I have previously had a charge 2 and 3. On the charge 2 you had 2 faces where you saw the date and time and 1 or 2 stats but the best part was you could change the order of the stats and turn off ones you weren't interested in.

On the charge 3 there was the stat heavy face that showed much the same.

Considering the charge series is the activity tracker I find it hard to understand why fitbit has not made a stat heavy or equivalent face. The closest i can see is "slashed" which shows some stats but are annoyingly slashed/ diagonal and the heart rate stays on and the clock is very big on the screen.

On top of this all of the faces are overly colourful. It really seems the guidance to the design team was "we have one with colour, make sure you use it all"

I am seriously considering returning the charge 5 as this was a genuine disappointment on purchasing.

Can I get a real answer on what fitbit plan to do about clock faces and if any more will be released and not the same standard answer of thanks for feedback?

It boggles my mind that they don't forward-port the clock faces from prior entries of the same family by default, and we have to beg and beg and beg each new Charge release.

Right out of the box, the Charge 5 should have whatever new faces FitBit wants to show off the new hardware/features/design language (makes total sense), but we should also have forward-ported prior Charge (2/3/4) clockfaces by default. This isn't no effort, but it is low-effort and high reward.

Or, as folks have been asking for literal years, add the Charge line to the FitBit Studio SDK and let the Community take care of this.
