Good grief! I purchased my Charge 5 two months ago. Started having significant battery drain issues yesterday and now, can’t even charge it. I can’t sync either since the device somehow mysteriously disappeared as a device. Since I can’t charge the dang thing, I can’t set it up as a new device.
