My Charge 5 will only works for about 15 mins before it completely turns off even thought it has been charged fully. I bought this watch in June 2022 at Costco and tried to return it but it passed their 3 month return policy. Can I get a replacement for this through Fitbit since it's been under 1 year?

@neto920 Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. Have you tried to reset it? If not, please follow these instructions:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to it's charging adapter which has to be plugged in to a power source.
2.) Press the button on the flat end of the adapter three times while holding each press for 1 second.
3.) after the third press, wait for about 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo is shown on the display.
If that doesn't work for you, please contact Fitbit support as soon as possible to get a replacement as your Charge 5 should be covered by Fitbit's warranty:

I tried all those methods before and don't work, unfortunately. I tried going to the Fitbit Support Contact page but it's blank. I'm having a hard time reaching their customer support.
