Charge 5 connecting with Technogym bike

I am trying to connect my Charge 5 with my Technogym bike through Bluetooth. When I am searching for hartrate devices on the bike my charge 5 does not appear.

what can be the problem?

Hello @Ivo1 and welcome to the Community.  I found this Technogym Support page and it has information that might help you.  Please search Technogym Support for more help.  All of these kinds of connections start on the Technogym side of things, not the Fitbit side.

@Ivo1 Fitbit devices can't broadcast heart rate or connect to any gym equipment. This is not possible due to Fitbit limitations.

 

@LZeeW this won't help. User asked for BT/Ant+ connectivity with external gym hardware. Thridparties can't do anything on their side in such case.
