Hi. Just want to add my name to the growing list of people having trouble with. Charge 5 losing connection with I phone. And yes before you ask. I have tried all the bla bla bla recommendations from fit bit on how to fix the problem. I am over trying and having had the charge since Christmas will replace it with an Apple Watch when finances allow. It’s about time Fitbit recalled the charge 5 and offered refunds
cheers
Carl

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Carl6591.
Thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5.
As you mentioned earlier, there are some general recommendations and troubleshooting steps listed here that other users have found useful. However, if you already tried all the steps mentioned earlier and you're still having this problem, you can also get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
Unfortunately other users have been experiencing this issue with the Bluetooth connection when using iOS devices. The team of developers is already aware of this problem and they continue to work to find a solution as soon as soon possible, but we haven't received other updates for the moment.
In addition, please make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app and the firmware updated to the latest version available.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback about this issue. The team continues to work to improve the Fitbit experience and your feedback is big part of that process.
