This is my resting heart rate readings today and my heart rate zones. My HRZ shows that at one o’ clock am my heart rate reached over one hundred, this contradicts my resting heart rate which shows it at 59. Which of these is correct? 
It would be very concerning if my heart rate is so high whilst sleeping.
