HI!
I have received my new Fitbit on Wednesday 22/02, charger doesn’t work & it has a crack on the scream.
how do I report this?

Sad to hear about your first experience with your Charge 5. If you've ordered your Charge at Fitbit, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support to report the imperfect delivery:
If you've purchased your device elsewhere, you should take it back as soon as possible to complain.
