I bike commuted about 10miles/way in my ebike that is just maintained. My charge5 auto recognized the activity but the data seems wrong and missing. For 55min on bike, calories burned is only 46. Moreover, when I was on bike, hear rate data is completely missing. I’m not sure why but guess it could be the ebike app I was using to track my ride with my specialized?

@Pdxyt if you didn't track your ride using Charge 5 you won't have HR in your ride. I believe you have some integration between the e-bike app and your Fitbit account (the app sends data to your Fitbit account after the ride?). I'm not sure how the app works with your bike but I believe it takes into account the assistance you get from the bike and based on that it calculates calories (in other words, it's not Fitbit that computes your calories as you didn't use Fitbit device to track the ride). It's just a guess but do you use Mission Control app for Specialized (there are a few apps but this one seems to have support for E-Bikes)?
