I have noticed that many of the features on my watch are not updating or matching the app. Exp: sleep not being recorded or only simple. Period tracking stuck on 1 day. Even after reset not change. What is the next step to fix this?

It looks like you might have a sync issue. This Fitbit article has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync? (<-- click link).
This morning, my Fitbit app wasn't matching the data on my device. I did a Force stop on the Fitbit app from my phone's settings, then re-opened the Fitbit app. The app synced with my device and now all the data is back in sync.
