Hi! I've been a Fitbit user since 2016. I loved my Charge 2 and my husband gifted me the Charge 5 last December. I also loved it... until the infamous system update. After going back and forth with support, I got a new one.
Even with that experience, I was convinced Fitbit was still a nice brand, but then it broke again. I was swimming, the screen went black, I contacted support, I did all the troubleshooting, all for nothing.
The worse thing was Fitbit response which basically was: you have no warranty but LOOK AT THIS OTHER DEVICES WE SELL 🙂
So sad and disappointed. I'm searching for other brands rn.
