Charge 5 dead after update

  • Updated Jan 31, First it was super slow when tapped, and battery started lasting 5 days, instead of the 13/14 I was getting, then it wouldn't sync. Battery would then charge to 100%, and once unplugged, go back to 0%. I've reset it over 100 times and finally got it to somewhat work. Sync is hit and miss and battery only lasts 1 day. Same thing happened to my charge 3 after an update. Feb 18 now won't charge at all, just vibrates. Completely garbage. Got it Dec 25/21 so of course the warranty is up. For the price they should last at least 3 years. I only use it for heart rate and sleep tracking, I don't swim/shower/bathe with it. This will be my last fitbit device. Anyone else have this issue?
