Charge 5 delivery dates Xmas 2022

The Fitbit Charge 5 (Black/Graphite Stainless Steel) is on backorder and ships on 23 Dec 22.

I'm about to order a Charge 5 and I am trying to work out when the device will arrive if the delivery time is Fitbit's standard 3 business working days.

Xmas Day, Boxing Day, and 27 Dec are all public holidays in the UK and I am travelling between Xmas and New Year.

The delivery date will determine which location I will use for a shipping address when placing the order.

Please advise, thank you.

Hi @MGreerPR these are the community forums and we can't answer about shipping times. You could ask customer support, but they might not be able to give you a more definitive answer on time. Working days would be Monday thru Friday, so weekends don't appear to be included in the time frame. Sometimes the shipping date changes if the particular style and color you want is available sooner, but then again, it might ship later than the expected date. It's hard to tell but on the forums, we're just members who use the devices. You can try to ask support.
