Enough. I've supported Fitbit for over ten years (Charge, Ionic, Charge 4, Charge 5). The devices have grown more feature rich but less reliable. This is has only gotten worse since the Google purchase as they sell competing devices.
And now we have a multiple day service outage with the loss of data with Fitbit support posting unhelpful and contradictory statements.
I'm done. If Fitbit is going to offer devices, services, and support like a two-bit company they can be replaced by one. I will return my 10 day old Charge 5 to Amazon and replace it with the Amazfit GTS 4 Mini Smart Watch. Better battery life and GPS, same price, and probably better service and support.
Goodbye Fitbit.
