Hi,
No joy with your fitbit charge 5 device.
I was asked to accept a new soft ware update.
I said yes. !!!!
Since then my fitbit charge 5 device won’t sync to my Galaxy A12 phone.
It's all worked fine over the last 6 months.
Your soft ware up date has crashed the charge 5 and now it can’t sync to my phone.
“It’s an OPTOS type of outage.”
It is a total miss management of data loading integrity by Fitbit.
I’ve tried all of your suggestion to rectify my problem. “Nothing worked.” !!!!!!
WHAT are you going to do to fix my issues with you useless fitbit charge 5 device.
Your product don’t offer value for money for monitoring my health issues.
Please reply to me, ASAP. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to confirm the Charge 5 was last synced 12 minutes 35 seconds ago, can you confirm if this situation is still happening, please? Also, you have an update available for your Charge 5, I recommend you to check this article to know how to update the Charge 5.
