My charge 5 works well except for last night it did not record all my sleep hours. It recorded sleep from 2-5am but I was asleep from 10pm-5am. There is heart rate recorded all night. But no O2, Heart rate variability, temperature variabikity, breathing rate, no readiness score, has this happened to anyone before?

Hello @Leyfit
It can happen from time to time. Edit your sleep session to set the start time at 10 PM. Sometimes if there is enough data it will update SpO2 and other metrics.

@Leyfit Welcome to the Fitbit community!
If this happens more frequently, I'd suggest changing the sensitivity for automatic sleep detection to see if the results of sleep tracking will improve. To do so, first go to your Fitbit Dashboard:
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Charge 5. In the list of available options you'll find the setting for Sleep Tracking where you can change the sensibility for sleep recognition. Finally sync your Charge 5 with the Fitbit app on your phone.

I've been using a Fitbit device since 2016 & very rarely have problems.
For the past 2 days my Fitbit is having issues:
Wednesday - no 'Daily Readiness' score, no 'Health Metrics' except RHR and no 'Sleep' score.
Tues & Weds - no 'Stress Management'
And because of no sleep score my Daily readiness today is telling me to 'prioritze sleep tonight'.
Does this mean my monthly sleep score is going to be all whackadoodle??

My charge 5 has always been pretty accurate with sleep tracking. I've had it for over a year. About a week ago it started behaving the opposite of what was described above. It tracks fine from when I fall asleep until when I wake up in the middle of the night. But it seems to completely miss the fact that I fall asleep again and may sleep for 3 or 4 more hours! In the morning, when I check sleep for the night, it completely misses that second span of sleep.
It has been doing this consistently now for a week or so.
