Changed time zone last week, both phone and charge 5 changed. Went back to original time zone.
phone changed charge 5 did not. Restarted charge 5 both methods. charging cord and settings, restarted phone numerous times , charge 5 will not change time ,all other sync functions are working normally.

Hi there, @halfred. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
