Hi there, @jwoodhous. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 didn't change the time after DTS. I'll be glad to help you!

Have you checked what @Odyssey13 recommended?

Keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of the above works for you, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Hope that helps.

Hi @jwoodhous be sure you have it set to automatic time zone.  You should sync several times as the time comes from the device you use to sync.
