At 5:16am EST I have 16,637 steps. Not bad for less than an hour activity. Lol. Fitbit did not reset at midnight. So is there another update that is going to cause problems like we experienced over the past few months? So very disappointed.

Hi there, @frs2828. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 didn't reset your steps at midnight as it should've. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.
I was wondering if this is the first time your Charge 5 doesn't reset your steps? If so, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Fitbit device. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
Please note that there's no way to get rid of those steps either on the Fitbit app or your Fitbit device, you should wait until the next midnight for your data to be cleared.
