Thank you for much fir every body that jump to help.
Today my Charge 5 is back to normal.
I also follow the steps to check time zone but I don’t see that option under the account settings. However the time has always been fine, and the clock move itself as it supposed to with daylight savings.
thank you all!

Do you have step count data?

So, I just disconnected the Fitbit from the app and then re-installed it. I lost all data from last night, but got it reconnected and back on track.

It is recording step count data

So you are missing only readiness, sleep, health metrics, and zone minutes?

Hi everyone! @SunsetRunner and @SunsetRunner Thanks for stopping by to help our members.
@IlianaL Thanks for the details provided, as well as the steps tried on your own. Just to confirm, could you check if the time zone in your profile is correct? To do this, let me recommend this help article. Additionally, please give a try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article and let me know how it goes.
@Cmt2003 Thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Charge 5. I'm glad it's connected and while it's not possible to recover all the data, you can try manually logging your exercise or sleep by following the steps described here.
