Hi, @Siâney12, welcome to the community, can you please provide more information? Are you starting your exercises via the "Exercise" screen on your "Charge 5" or relying on the "Auto - recognize feature? Is your Charge 5 syncing, if not Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provides advice.
