Charge 5 didn't track my steps today

My fitbit didn’t count any steps today, and I walked over an hour.

Hi there, @biojessie. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not tracking your steps. I will do my best to help you with this! 

To better assist you, may I know if your Charge 5 is not tracking only your steps or there's any other data that it's not recording? If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device once as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
