This morning my sleep stats are totally different as of today, July 3, 2024!!  NO sleep score, NO REM, NO DEEP and NO Light stats, just Awake, Restless and Asleep!  And NO ‘Estimated Oxygen Variation’ stats either!  Just totally useless data now!  WHY was this changed?  I have been a fitbit user since December of 2014.  I will be looking at other options, I am quite annoyed with google yet again!

I doubt this will satisfy you, but when that happens, it is not fitbit continually switching back and forth between formats; rather that for some reason they were not able to gather enough heart rate information.  There could be various reasons for this: for some reason it didn't get continuous heart rate information - your watch might slipped during the night; if it happens often, it could be some irregularity in your heart rhythm - maybe just occasionally skipping a beat or even something more.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Not the case!  Seems an automatic software upgrade is the cause! Others are  complaining of the exact same display changes.

Interesting!  I seldom use my iPhone for anything but phone calls and texts. I launched fitbit on my iPhone, same version as my iPad, 4.19.1 and the display is the OLD format pre April’s changes!!   Why the difference who knows!!   And via the iPhone fitbit app today’s stats do show ‘Simplified Sleep Details’ yet on the ipad today stats there is no mention of that!   In  the past I have seen simplified listed on the iPad version!  So you were correct JohnnyRow, my apologies.  Thank you!

My changes happened right after my Premium subscription stopped because of payment information.  I thought that was the reason it changed.  I updated to resubscribe and nothing changed display-wise.  I contacted support and they said it was a new update.  It looks terrible and there is all that info missing as you said.  What a waste!  I would not have updated my subscription for sure.  Who thought that removing information and making the display all disjointed looking was a good thing???!!!
