My Charge 5 stopped working and won’t charge. It has been attached to the charger for almost 12 hours and completely black.

My Fitbit charge 5 did the same thing yesterday. I  was getting an irritation on my wrist. I took it off and charged it. I tried to restart it but the screen wouldn't light. I can get can five dots on the screen. The middle one is red and the others are white.
