My Charge 5 died on Monday morning. The app shows high heart rate activity, which did not fit with my activity at the time, and then nothing. I tried to reset and went onto the app. I saw the update and hoped that would fix it but it hasn't. I have tried reset and factory reset to no avail. There are no green lights and no data is recording. The screen is blank except when it turns on randomly, showing either the logo or an incorrect time. As with other posters, I would like to know what the company is doing to acknowledge and address the problem, preferably with a timeline so I can decide whether to wait it out or go and buy a tracker from a different company.

My charge 5 died. This is my 3rd dead, last 2 within 2 years. Done troubleshooting. Time to shop for another, I’m inching closer and closer to Apple Watch. I’ve been resisting but need something that just works. Fitbit, do better.

I am beyond disappointed with Fitbit. It seems that their watches are good for a year if that. Just financially not worth it. My husband has a Suunto which is superior in comparison and that has worked fine for 15 years!!! So for a couple of extra $100- your investment is definitely worth it. My 3rd Fitbit that has died and this will be my last

Fitbit is doing nothing. There are many of us who have problems and they all tell us the same thing, the same message and, from what I have seen, no one has ever managed to solve the problem. Since Google appeared, customers who have been around for years no longer matter to Fitbit. Honestly, I don't understand the situation. This had never happened to me with other brands.
