Charge 5 died, not reacting to the charger

My Charge 5 is totally dead. It is not reacting to the charger, so it seems not possible to reset it. I bought it October 2021 so it should not die already now. 😞 Any tip on how to wake it, or should I get a replacement?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issue you're experiencing with the Charge 5. 

In case this is related to a problem with the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the three pulse restart method as described here

If you're device is still syncing, you can also try changing to a different clock face, as this has been useful for other users with similar problems.

Hi,

My Charge5 won’t charge or sync. It got totally black, and the app says 44% battery. None of the diods at the back are lit, and it doesn’t react to the charger, so I am not able to restart it. I’m not sure what to try now. Please help!
