• I try to restart the Charger with the button touching three times and waiting 1 second after any press then waiting 8 seconds then I try the other cable method waiting 8 seconds after any of the three connecting holding in non charge the fitbit for 1 second then waiting 10. Nothing happened and I can't find any restart button on the app... so. I'll close my account stop google fitbit payment and migrate to garmin a serious firm.

Yeah, disappointing. I’ll be switching to Apple where you can walk in and have your issues addressed at the store. Google has ruined FitBit.
