I bought a charge 6 December 22,2021 for my wife . Christmas gift . Yesterday it died the screen is dead . Trying to get help is impossible!! It need replacement and after having 8 different ones I’m very discouraged. I may have to switch to Apple. I don’t have time or patience to talk with people I can’t even understand!!!
