This is my 2nd Charge 5 with the same issue, in 8 months. All of a sudden, the display colour starts looking strange, fades and the screen flickers etc. With the first one, the fading and dying happened within 2 days. With this replacement, it is taking almost a week. So far no dying, but screen flickers, sometimes I am unable to make out what is on the screen because the colours seem to have merged, GPS not functioning off and on.
I have tried restarting several times, but no change.
To make matters worse, the chat function on the app doesn't work! I click on chat and my phone screen goes blank and then says error has occurred. I have tried uninstalling and installing again, but same issue.
Tried calling, and wait time was supposed to be 1 min, but no answer even after 3 mins.
What do I do? This is very frustrating
