Charge 5 display seems to be frozen

It seems to be frozen. Only thing that appears on face of watch is some dots at the top. Text messages display, but can’t find watch function.

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

I've seen other users who have experienced a similar problem with the 5 dots at the top of the display. If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried these steps that have been useful for other users:  

  1. Complete the 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable. 
  2. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.
