Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Jordanb2248!
Time on your Fitbit device is automatically synced with the Fitbit app on your phone. Thus please make sure your Fitbit app on your phone is set to the correct time zone. Just have a look here to see ho that's to be done:
How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
Sometimes manually setting the Fitbit app to a different timezone than you'rs, then syncing and setting the timezone back to automatically does the trick.

Hi there, @Jordanb2248. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and the image attached.
As @Talahthas has mentioned, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
