I've had the Charge 5 for just over a week. The first couple of days the distance seemed fine. The days after this have been mental compared to the amount of steps I've done.

I've reset the watch and erased data but still doing the same thing.

Mon - 3.1 mile - 7000 steps which isn't too bad.

Tues - 7.2 mile - 11500 steps, definitely the day it got worse.

Weds - 6 mile - 13500 steps, thought was alot better.

Thurs - u/s

Friday - 14 miles - 11300 steps - way off

Saturday - 27 miles (I did a marathon supposingly) - 8600 steps

Sunday - 11.5 miles - 4500 steps

Even walking around the steps seems pretty accurate but I can actually see the distance go up very quick whilst walking.

Apologies if been asked before. Really frustrating as I love most other features on this.

Thanks.

@Buryed96 Yes that is totally bizarre! I would return it and get a new one. This is definitely not normal behavior. Best of luck!

@Buryed96 That sounds really frustrating. When you go into the app and you tap on your mileage, then tap on your day with lots of miles (like that 27 miles day, for example), does it give you an hourly graph of your miles? I'm just curious what your hourly graph looks like and maybe there's something happening during the day that is adding all these extra miles.

I even watch my watch at times and see the distance go up quickly! I've reset and done everything I can. I might return and try another one and see if it's just the watch its self. My mate has one and his is alot more accurate.

Thanks!
