Charge 5 does not auto record outdoor bike ride

My Charge 5 doesn’t record my outdoor bike rides at all, please advise how to fix this

Hi, thank you for sharing that you're experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5, @Ttenrah.  

Keep in mind that your device recognizes high-movement activities that are at least 15 minutes long. Make sure to change the amount of time needed to record the activity: 

  1. Tap the Today tab
     
    , then tap the Exercise tile 
     
    .
  2. Tap the gear icon 
     
     in the top right.
  3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

In addition, please try restarting your device following these steps if you haven't done so already, as this has been useful for other users with similar problems. If you're still having the same inconvenience, I recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
