Hello @Aliceinwonderla 

This page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync 

A few users noticed that their devices started to sync again after they turned off Wi-Fi and turned it back on again, which is not mentioned in the above page. 

Hopefully, the troubleshooting will get your device back to syncing with the app.
