Charge 5 doesn't buzz with heart zones

I got my device yesterday.   Just did my first workout.   It didn't buzz as I changed from the different heart zones.  I had to keep checking it, which is annoying.   All notifications are on.   How do I fix this?

On your Charge 5 scroll down from the Clock Face screen to Settings, tap then scroll up to Heart Rate Zone Notifications and switch it to on.  Make sure the Heart Rate is set to on too.

That should make your notifications come on.

Are the Heart Zone Notifications set on in your Workout Shortcuts on your Charge 5 too?  Press Start and swipe up to check.   Sometimes they’re turned off.
