When was the last time that the tracker synced?

If it has since your time change? Set the time for the wrong time zone - sync - correct the time zone - then one last sync.

Hello @shwerdna

Check the App settings on your phone.  Is the Time Zone set to Set Automatically?

It should change if it is.

From the Today Screen in the App, tap your profile picture, then App Settings, then Time Zone.

 I hope that helps.

Does not work for me either. Mine charged form Nz to Australia when I  went for a holiday,  but refused to change back. It has now been 3 weeks. Lots of syncs. Can't find any info. Probably have to reset the while and lose all past data. Bugger.

Doesn’t work for me. I travel a lot and have not found a good way of getting the Charge 5 to change time zone. Sometimes it takes a few minutes sometimes a few days. The number of Syncs or force changing things sometimes looks like it works but on another occasion it doesn’t. This is really basic functionality that works on every other device I travel with without me having to think about it.

If you open the web app, there is a setting that says "automatically adjust
to time zone". You have to dig for it, but it's there. That worked for me.
