Bought a Charge 5 in late November 2021. Screen turned black in July although watch was still tracking information. Fitbit sent a warranty replacement. The replacement watch won't hold a battery charge beyond a day and a half. My original Charge 5 went a good 6 days. Fitbit is telling me it is a firmware issue. Why wasn't it an issue with my previous Charge 5? Settings are exactly the same.

@LSnow it wasn't an issue with your original Charge 5 because Fitbit has just released a new firmware update that appears to have renderer a good many devices non-functional. There was also a previous battery-draining issue with a subset of devices that was supposed to be fixed by this recent firmware update. Your replacement Charge 5 could be affected by either of these issues. Read through some of the other active threads in this forum and you will learn all about it.
