Charge 5 doesn't properly charge more than 1%

Hello!

I've had my charge 5 for a couple of months now and this never happened before.

My battery was running down so I connected to charge and went to sleep, but when I woke up and tried to used it it was turned off. Tried to connect to charge again and it showed 1%.

Thought that I may have put the charger wrong and left it to charge but it wouldn't go over 1%.

I did the reboot with the charger (pressing 3 times, one second apart) and it restarted. Now the charge was charing and went up to 100%, but when I tried to use it it went back to black. Connected again and it was on 1%...

Tried this a couple of times, tried cleaning it but nothing. It does charge bur then it goes back to 0 as soon as I disconnect it. I never had battery problems.

I cannot restart from the device for that same reason, as soon as I disconnect from the charger it goes back to black and 0 battery.

Is there an easy solution?? Tried all the ways I could find and still cannot manage to make it work.
