Since I went west on vacation a month ago, it shows I went to bed an hour or two after I actually went to bed. Example, I go to bed at 10 pm and fitbit says 12pm or later. I have to edit my sleep schedule almost every night! I live in Central time and drove to the West Coast which is Pacific time and then back to Central time. My watch shows the correct time, so why does Fitbit think I am in a different time zone when I go to bed? Is it a time zone issue?

Hello @Swedeman
I've seen users report that their Fitbits don't always reset to the correct time zone after traveling. However, the users often report that the time on their devices is off. So, I'm not sure why your Charge 5 is showing the correct time, but the hours for your sleep log are off.
The recommended troubleshooting is to go into the Fitbit App settings, turn off automatic Time Zone, change the Time Zone to something else, sync, then go back into App settings and change back to automatically setting the Time Zone, followed by a sync.
Here are the steps:
Although it's probably not needed, you might want to restart your Charge 5 after doing the troubleshooting steps. You can restart your Charge 5 from the Settings menu on the device or by using the charging cable that came with your Fitbit.
Let us know if this worked for you.

I did as you suggested, but unfortunately it did not resolve the problem. Last evening it was 4 hours off. Several evenings it was 30 minutes to an hour off. I also have cleaned the back of the Fitbit with an alcohol pad and tried a new watch strap. Neither has helped this issue.
Yesterday, I was working outside and did not wear the Fitbit until I went inside around 4 pm, but at around 7 it said I had 10,000 steps for the day. I didn't do any exercise or walking only read and watched TV.
Time for a new Fitbit? Seem only to last 2 years.
