Why doesn’t my Charge 5 display REM sleep or Deep Sleep any more?

Hello @Barbeque 

It sounds like you're getting the basic sleep graph: Asleep, Restless, Awake.

Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? That's the heart rate sensor and is used for sleep tracking. If you don't see the green light, check the Settings on your Charge 5 to confirm that Heart rate is turned on:

  • Swipe down from the clock face to get to the Settings tile (last one)
  • Swipe up until you see Heart rate and confirm that it's turned on. If not, tap on it to enable.
