What happened to sleep stages? I bought my fitbit because of the easy to read line graph with sleep stages.  Now, it says sleep pattern and I the picture makes no sense to me.  It is some type of bar graph.  And, no sleep score provided.

Finally!  Sleep stages back and are all of my health metrics.

I tried all of the recommendations I found during my Google searches for each issue I had. I deleted data, cleared my cache, restarted my device, and then started over with setting up my Charge 5 like it was brand new. I did contact customer support yesterday and chatted regarding my issues; however, I had already completed the steps. It did take 24 hours for my Fitbit to reset because my Health Metrics did not come back until today. I did read through the forum and found some information regarding possible addition updates to the software and thought that have been part of the issue. I hope this helps.

Today, I am back to all my original issues.  Sleep patterns and not sleep stages, which gives me no line graph or sleep number.  Health metrics has no data.  Everything was working fine all day yesterday.
