I am very disappointed in the Charge 5. Loved my charge 3! Charge 5 started out good and then it got worse. I have tried many times resetting it. It doesn't turn on when I tap the face, I try tapping it several times & get nothing. I set it up at the beginning & it was working fine but then all of sudden I noticed it was tracking my movements accurately. Every time I sync with my IPhone it says couldn't sync. I usually have to try 3 times. It just doesn't work and it isn't helping me achieve my fitness goals. Very disappointed and would like to return it immediately. Please let me know how I can send this back for a full refund.
